About the recipe "sacks with meat and mushrooms" "Pouches with meat and mushrooms" is an original recipe for making a very unusual dish with very familiar and all favorite products. This dish combines a large amount of animal protein, depending on the meat chosen, as well as the vegetable protein, which is mainly found in mushrooms and, of course, in the test. Thus, it can be said with certainty that "bags" can accurately cope with the daily needs of the body in proteins. Thanks to the combination of universal ingredients (meat and mushrooms), the "bags" will harmoniously combine not only with a variety of side dishes, but can also be quite an "independent" dish on your table.
Ingredients:- Chicken Thigh 6 pcs.
- Mushrooms champignons 500 g
- Puff pastry 500 g
- Onions 3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise 50 g
- Sour cream 100 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Bay leaf 2 pcs.
- Pepper black with peas 5 pcs.
- Salt extra 3 pinch
- Step 1 Main ingredients: meat, mushrooms, puff pastry, onion, pepper, sunflower oil, bell pepper, mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Step 2 Cook the chicken until cooked, about 1 hour, adding bay leaf, black pepper and salt.
- Step 3 While the chicken is being cooked, cut the mushrooms.
- Step 4 Put mushrooms on a frying pan, after having greased it with sunflower oil, and fry for 15 minutes.
- Step 5 Cut the onion.
- Step 6 After the mushrooms are cooked for 15 minutes, add the chopped onions to them and fry the mix for another 10 minutes.
- Step 7 After 25 minutes of total frying of mushrooms and onions, add sour cream and mayonnaise, salt and pepper. And the whole mixture is fried for 5 more minutes, and then we set it aside to cool.
- Step 8 From brewed meat remove the bones, and the meat itself is crushed.
- Step 9 Then mix the meat with fried mushrooms and onions.
- Step 10 Now take the puff pastry and subtly skate.
- Step 11 Prepared dough cut into squares about 8x8 cm in size.
