- tomatoes - 6 pieces (peel and cut)
- bulb - 1 piece (chopped)
- cucumber - 1 piece (clean and cut)
- sweet pepper - 1 piece (peel and cut)
- celery - 2 pieces (chopped)
- parsley - 1-2 Art. spoons
- green onions - 2 Art. spoons (finely chopped)
- garlic - 1 tooth
- vinegar - 1/4 cup
- olive oil - 1/4 cup
- lemon juice - 2 items. spoons
- sugar - 2 teaspoons
- salt and pepper - 1 piece (to taste)
- sauce tabasco - 6 drops
- sauce Worcestershire - 1 Teaspoon
- tomato juice - 4 cups
Mix all the ingredients in the blender to the desired consistency. Pour the soup into plastic utensils and close the lid tightly. Put it in the refrigerator for the night.
