These buns are prepared with a tender potato-yeast dough and have a wonderful filling of black and white raisins. The peculiarity of such buns is that they have an additional walnut-sugar-cinnamon fur coat. It serves not only as an ornament for these rolls, but also delicious and fragrant!
Ingredients:- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
- Yeast, fresh, 20 g
- Potatoes 100 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Raisin 50g light
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 35 ml

- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
- Walnut 100 g
- Dark raisins 50 g
