Cookies with chocolate cream I propose to bake a wonderful tender cookie, which will please even those who do not particularly like coffee. Experimented with this cookie in the kitchen more than once, until I myself did not arrange the resulting version of baking. Therefore, from the original recipe, my version is different, but in taste does not lose at all.
Ingredients:- Wheat flour 8 tbsp. l.
- Butter 50 g
- Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
- Soda 0.5 tsp.
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
- Instant coffee 12.5 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Vanillin 1 pinch
- Cognac 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Sugar powder 3 tbsp. l.
- Apple vinegar 0.25 tbsp. l.
- Chocolate black 20 g
- Butter 30 g
- Sugar powder 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For the biscuit we need flour (measured in tablespoons with a small slide), butter, egg, sugar, mayonnaise, instant coffee drink "Cappuccino" and chocolate. Mayonnaise can be replaced with low-fat sour cream, and cognac - rum.
- Step 2 In a bowl, mix 6 tbsp. l. with a mound of flour and butter until the formation of small crumbs and sent to the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- Step 3 Mix the egg, mayonnaise, sugar, cappuccino, vanillin.
- Step 4 Whisk the egg-and-coffee mixture to homogeneity until "Cappuccino" dissolves, add cognac and slaked soda. Then mix with oil. The dough will get pretty thick and will stick to the spoon.
- Step 5 Add another 2 tbsp. l. flour and mix well.
- Step 6 The dough should get very thick. We put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Step 7 Put the frozen dough with two teaspoons and put it on a pan (do not lubricate anything). Should be 20 small portions.
- Step 8 We give the future liver a more even shape: a teaspoon is dipped into the sugar powder and slapped on the surface (because of this, the crust will crunch a little, and inside the dough will be soft).
- Step 9 Put the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Bake until ready, orientate in color: the biscuit should be only with a light dark cream color, the main thing is not to overexpose and not to overdry. Remove hot from the pan and transfer to a plate or grill until completely cooled.
- Step 10 For a cream, melt the chocolate a little on a water bath or in a microwave oven and mix it with butter and sugar powder.
- Step 11 The cream will turn out to be homogeneous, shiny and slightly liquid. We put it in the fridge so it stiffens a little.
- Step 12 Half the pastry is greased with cream and staple in pairs.
- Step 13 Cookies are obtained in an amount of 10 pieces. Bon Appetit!
