Cream of chocolate and water I propose to try to make a very interesting chocolate cream. The whole highlight of this cream is that the cream includes only chocolate and water, which under normal conditions try to push off one from the other. And during the preparation of the cream they are combined and whipped. In such a cream can only include chocolate and water. And you can replace part of the water with wine, cognac, liqueur, and then the cream will become even more fragrant. Remember only one very important condition - for every 100 grams of chocolate should fit exactly 89 mililiters of liquid. Chocolate should be taken without fillers, black, of very high quality and then such cream will necessarily turn out!
Ingredients:- Chocolate black 200 g
- Water 128 ml

- Step 2 Combine the chocolate and water.
- Step 3 Melt the chocolate with water in a water bath.
- Step 4 Cool the melted chocolate. Add the cognac. Place the chocolate mass in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Step 5 Remove the chocolate mass from the freezer.
