The recipe for a chocolate puff cake is long enough, but nothing very complicated in it, if you understand, no. So, I tell you how to make a chocolate layer cake: 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. 2. Pour the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt into a deep bowl. Stir well. 3. Whisk eggs separately at high speed of the mixer for 2 minutes. Then start gradually adding sugar, continuing to whisk at high speed until soft peaks. 4. Add half of the dry mixture to the beaten eggs. Stir thoroughly. Add the melted butter, mix again well. Then add the remaining dry mix and gently mix. 5. Divide the resulting dough into equal parts and transfer to prepared forms for baking cakes. Bake it for 18-20 minutes at 190 degrees before a dry toothpick. Finished biscuits get out of the oven and cool to room temperature. 6. Now, prepare the cream. Chunks of chocolate should be melt in a water bath until a uniform creamy mass is formed. Melted chocolate is removed from the heat, allow it to cool to room temperature, then add to it cream, vanilla extract and mix with a mixer. The resulting cream should be put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. 7. So, the biscuits are ready, the cream is ready - let's start assembling the cake. Biscuits should be the same shape and size, you need to cut the excess. On a large dish stele the paper for baking, lay out the first layer of biscuit. Using a brush, soak a biscuit with cognac and coffee. Then we top it with chocolate cream, distribute it evenly over the whole surface of the cake. Repeat this procedure until you run out of biscuits. The top should be a layer of chocolate cream (for beauty you can make a cream of two colors - from milk and white chocolate, and topcoat with a cream of white chocolate, as in the photo). 8. The collected chocolate layer cake is sent to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, after which it can be served. Good luck in cooking! ;)
