- flour - 2 Cups
- a packet of margarine - 1 piece (250 g)
- beer - 1 glass
- sugar - To taste (a little)
If desired, before baking in the oven, biscuits can be sprinkled with poppy seeds, cumin or coriander. Preparation: Pour the flour into a bowl, add the finely chopped margarine and mix until the mixture looks like a fine crumb for consistency. Margarine is conveniently chopped with a knife. Add the beer and knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Thinly roll out the dough and use molds to cut out various figures from it. Dip each biscuit into sugar and lay it on a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees to ruddy.
