Sift flour into a large bowl. Add the softened (but not melted!) Butter to the flour. Mix gently. We introduce into the mixture milk. Milk should be at room temperature. We add sugar powder to the dough. Mix to homogeneity. We take a stick of vanilla, squeeze out the core from it. Add the extruded vanilla paste into the dough, mix it. We put the resulting dough into a confectionery bag. On a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper, squeeze out pieces of dough, giving it the desired form of cookies. Leave the cookies for half an hour to dry at room temperature, after which we bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. We take out the cookies from the oven, cool and serve.
