For the preparation of cookies, you must thoroughly beat two eggs, 100 grams of butter and two teaspoons of sugar (you can replace it with honey). In the resulting mass, add two glasses of oatmeal, two tablespoons of flour, half a cup of chopped prunes and a handful of walnuts. The resulting dough should be well stirred and put in small portions on a baking tray, covered with parchment paper. Place the cookies in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for fifteen minutes.

Oatmeal cookies can be used as a basis for original canapes with fish, tomatoes, cheese, greens and other various ingredients. In this case sugar is not added to the cookie dough.
