- Cream 20% - 200 Grams
- Milk - 200 Grams
- Sugar - 100 Grams
- Egg yolks - 4 pieces
- Freshly squeezed orange juice - 0.5 cups
- Orange Peel - 1 Piece
Pour milk and cream into the pan. Add the orange peel and put on medium heat, cook for about 5 minutes, until small bubbles begin to appear. In a separate bowl whisk whip, but not much, egg yolks and sugar. While stirring in egg yolks, pour a milky mixture with a thin trickle. All in a bowl mix well, pour the mixture back into the pan and put on medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, all the while stirring with a wooden spoon and spatula, until the mixture becomes thicker. Finished the cream pour into a bowl and pour freshly squeezed orange juice into it and allow the cream to cool.
