- flour - 1 1/4 Cups
- walnuts - 1/2 cup
- rosemary - 1 1/2 teaspoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- 1/2 cup butter
- dark brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- granulated sugar - 1/4 Glass
- extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Mix the flour, nuts, rosemary and salt in a large bowl. Beat butter and sugar with a mixer at medium speed, about 3 minutes. Add the vanilla. Reduce the speed and add a mixture of flour, whisk about 3 minutes. Put the dough on a baking sheet, roll it into a circle 6 mm thick, 30 cm in diameter, and cool the dough for about 30 minutes. Cut out cookies using a cutter in the shape of a heart or mold. Decorate with sugar confectionery. Bake cookies until golden brown, from 15 to 18 minutes. Allow to cool on a baking sheet. The cookie can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
