Corn muffins with blackberry syrup

1. Mix together in a bowl of flour, corn flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, gently mix. 3. Stir with melted butter. Put the dough aside. If the dough is too thick, add a small amount of milk. 4. In a saucepan mix blackberries, sugar and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. 5. Stir with cornstarch, and then continue to brew, smoothing with a whisk or a spoon of blackberries. Remove from heat when the mixture thickens. 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Pour the dough into a frying pan using 1/4 cup batter for 1 pancake, and cook until golden on both sides. Put aside the ready-made pancakes. 7. Lay out 3 fritters on a plate, placing a piece of butter between them. Pour warm maple syrup, and then with blackberry syrup. Immediately submit.
