First of all, we wash and thoroughly grind the leaves of the basil. Sift into a bowl of flour. Add salt, sugar and baking powder to the flour. We mix all the ingredients and sift again, so that no foreign ingredients get into the dough. In another bowl, mix ricotta, egg, milk and butter. Beat whisk until uniform. Mix the dry flour mixture with the liquid. We interfere to homogeneity. Then mix the finely chopped chocolate and basil into the dough. Stir until homogeneous again. Frying pan with vegetable oil. We put the dough and oven pancakes in small portions into a frying pan. Fry until red on both sides. Serve hot - with sour cream, jam or maple syrup. Bon Appetit! :)
