Cottage cheese casserole with rice and raisins is an excellent dessert! A piece of this casserole is not only satisfying, but also useful! Cottage cheese and rice casserole can also become an ideal breakfast, the main thing is to boil the rice beforehand, then its preparation does not take much time. As an addition, serve berry sauce, condensed milk or simply sprinkle each portion of the dessert with powdered sugar.
Ingredients:- Round-grain rice 180 g
- Raisins light 60 g
- Curd 520 g
- Sour cream 5 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Sugar 5 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the curd rice casserole, we will need cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, chicken egg and additionally one protein, raisins, rice, round-grained.
- Step 2 We first boil the rice in slightly salted water almost to the full, we drain the water, and wash the rice with a small amount of warm water.
- Step 3 Raisins pour boiling water and set aside.
- Step 4 Put the cottage cheese and sour cream into the bowl of the blender and beat until a homogeneous curd mass is obtained. This can be done in small portions to get the best result.
- Step 5 Egg, protein and sugar combine in a deep bowl.
- Step 6 Whisk the egg-sugar mixture with a whisk until it is uniform.
- Step 7 We shift the curd mass from the blender into the egg-and-sahana mixture. Gently mix the whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Step 8 With raisins drain the water, shift the raisins into the curd mass.
- Step 9 Pour the rice.
- Step 10 We mix everything again and put it into a baking dish (I have a silicone mold with a diameter of 24 cm, I do not lubricate anything, but if the mold is not silicone, then it should be oiled and sprinkled with semolina!).
- Step 11 Bake in preheated to 180 C oven for about 50 minutes.
- Step 12 Put the ready casserole on a wide flat dish.
