Cook the oatmeal cookies The cookie turns out to be very oatmeal and very "raisin". It is sweet, spicy and moderately soft. Softer than a shop oatmeal cookie. Of the specified number of products, many cookies are obtained, but it is really "disappearing", as it disappears almost before our eyes! A cookie for a cookie and half already - the family really liked this batch! Instead of margarine, it is better, of course, to take butter. I took the sugar slightly less than the norm specified in the original recipe and in other proportions. To my taste turned out very moderately sweet. Also added a little more flavorful flavoring for baking. Oat flakes took an instant preparation. Still hot cookies are very soft, so removing the baking sheet from the oven, let it stand for 2-3 minutes, the cookies will become denser and easier to remove.
Ingredients:- Margarine 225 g
- Raisins 120 g

- Oatmeal 300 g
