Salads with white cabbage are always delicious and healthy. Preparation: Finely chop the cabbage. Put the cabbage in a saucepan, add salt to taste and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Heat, stirring constantly, until the cabbage is soft. Drain off the escaped cabbage juice and chill the cabbage. Shred the carrots and mix with cabbage.
