Salads with white cabbage are always delicious and healthy. Preparation: Finely chop the cabbage. Put the cabbage in a saucepan, add salt to taste and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Heat, stirring constantly, until the cabbage is soft. Drain off the escaped cabbage juice and chill the cabbage. Shred the carrots and mix with cabbage. Add sugar, the remaining 2 tablespoons of vinegar and vegetable oil. Sprinkle the salad with chopped green onions and serve.
