The recipe for the curd-apple pie: 1. Remove my apples, peel them, remove the core with a sharp knife. We cut apples into small plates and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice - thanks to this, apples will not darken. 2. Butter with whipped sugar until light. I used brown sugar, so the mass has a characteristic color, but you can use ordinary sugar - it will not be worse. We grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, add it to the oil mass. Good whisk all this thing with a mixer. 3. Introduce the egg into the mixture. Whisk again until smooth. 4. A vanilla punch with a sharp knife is cut across. Seeds are thrown away, everything else is mixed with our test. 5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Sift our dry mixture into a liquid one. We mix the mixture with a normal fork. 6. Nuts mixed with flour. The number of nuts and raisins - to taste, as you like. Sprinkle nuts with raisins, add them to the dough. 7. Apples also lightly sprinkled with flour and add to the dough. Stirring - you can even just hands. 8. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough into our baking dish. I poured more sesame seeds from above - but this is optional. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 200 degrees. Successful cooking and delicious tea! :)
