1. Finely grate Parmesan cheese. Oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Spoon the baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly sprinkle with flour. Mix the flour, salt, cheese and butter in the bowl of the food processor to a creamy consistency. 2. Add about 1/4 cup of cream and mix again. If the dough does not stick well together, add a few more teaspoons of cream. 3. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 6 mm or a little thinner, adding flour as needed. Using a cookie cutter with a corrugated wheel or shape, cut the dough into crackers. 4. Lay them on a prepared baking sheet at a distance of 2.5 cm from each other. Puncture the entire surface of the crackers with a fork and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, sesame or poppy seeds to choose from. Bake crackers to a mildly brown color, about 12 minutes. 5. Let the crackers cool down on the counter, serve warm or at room temperature. Store crackers in sealed containers for several days.
