1. Place the carrots in a large saucepan. Pour vegetable or chicken broth to choose from. 2. Add a couple of twigs of fresh thyme. Bring the soup to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer from 45 minutes to 1 hour. 3. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the soup into the blender. If the whole soup does not fit, do it in two batches. Mix the soup in a blender until a smooth consistency of puree is obtained. You also can not pour soup and use a submersible blender. 4. Pour the honey, fatty cream and mix in the blender several times. Add salt if necessary. If the soup seems too thick, add a little warm broth to it to dilute. 5. Serve the soup warm, decorating with a twig of thyme, or warm it, if necessary.
