- Basil - 1/2 cup
- olive oil - 1/2 cup
- walnuts - 1/3 Glass (chopped)
- grated pecorino - 1/4 cup
- grated Parmesan - 1/4 Cups
- sun-dried tomatoes in oil - 2 pieces (cut)
- garlic - 2 teeth
- salt and pepper - - To taste
Mix and grind in a food processor: basil, olive oil, walnuts, pecorino, parmesan cheese, tomatoes and garlic. Season the Pesto di Nochi sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
