Pork loin cooked in butter Very simple recipe, which can not be said about the result! Meat, cooked in butter, has an amazing taste, a beautiful appetizing appearance, is prepared easily with minimal effort and time, soft, with a thin creamy aromatic. Such meat can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time, ideal for making sandwiches, and also looks great on the festive table! Another plus - after cooking the meat is a lot of butter, which can also be applied to the case. I recommend to pour it into a small container and store it in the refrigerator, and use it for cooking first courses, vegetable stews or add to the porridge!
Ingredients:- Pork loin without rib 500 g
- Butter 200 g
- Salt 0.3 tsp.
- White pepper ground 1 pinch
- Pepper red ground 0.1 tsp.
- Provencal herbs 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 For the preparation of "oil" meat we need a good piece of pork loin without bone, butter, salt, black, red and white ground peppers and Provencal herbs (or any other dried herbs for your taste).
- Step 2 Put the pork loin in a small pot or ladle. Meat should take up almost the entire volume of the pan. We also spread butter to the meat, immediately add spices (salt, ground peppers and a mixture of dry herbs).
- Step 3 Cover the pan with a lid and set it on minimum fire. We cook, periodically turning the meat from one side to the other.
- Step 4 After an hour or more (depending on the size and thickness of the piece of meat), the meat is ready!
- Step 5 This kind of meat, when cooled down, is perfectly cut into thin pieces, and after cooking, there is a lot of oil that can be used to make the first dishes - a tablespoon of this oil added to the soup will give it an amazing taste!
