Soup with chicken breasts, gnocchi and pesto sauce

1. Cut the onion into 4 parts and divide into pieces. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Put the chicken breasts on a baking tray. Sprinkle the onions with chopped onion and peeled garlic. Pour the chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Bake chicken for 35-45 minutes. After cooking, allow the chicken to cool on the cutting board, and then chop the chicken. 3. Put fried onions and garlic for later use. 4. Mix the chicken broth, fried onions, garlic and 3 tablespoons of Pesto sauce in a blender or food processor. Stir until the mixture is large pieces of garlic. Fried garlic will give soup a unique taste. 5. Mix the chopped chicken meat with the remaining Pesto sauce in a bowl. Set aside. 6. In a large saucepan bring the broth mixture to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook until they pop up. Put chopped chicken meat into serving plates. Pour hot broth with gnocchi. 7. Decorate the soup with chopped tomatoes and serve immediately.
