Put in a blender 4 tablespoons. blackberries, yogurt, cream and sugar. Beat at medium speed until Ingredients:

• blackberry - 125 Grams
• natural yoghurt - 6 Art. spoons

• sugar - 4 teaspoons
• handful of ice - 1 piece

Instructions
