Cranberry juice with honey

1. Berries carefully sorted and washed. Frozen berries must be thawed. 2. Put a few berries in a bowl (it is important to use non-metallic dishes!) And mash with a pestle, preferably wooden. Gradually we add new portions of berries to the pestle. 3. Mashed thus berries fold in double gauze and squeeze the juice. Squeezed berries pour three liters of boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes. The resulting broth filter, and get rid of squeezes. The broth is cooled. 4. Mix the broth, berry juice and honey. Stir until the honey dissolves and the drink is ready.
