Crochet skirts

Knitted skirts are considered a very comfortable and at the same time stylish part of the wardrobe. Therefore, many women want to learn how to knit a skirt yourself, because knitting a skirt is an excellent opportunity to realize their own sketches and combinations of various patterns. It is also a great opportunity to turn crochet into a very valuable hobby.

Crocheted skirt

Of course, crocheting a skirt is more difficult than knitting. But despite this, it is these skirts that can be easily compared to the present work of design art. Here, choosing a drawing simply does not have boundaries - you can tie the skirt, either completely, or by pieces (circles, squares, triangles and curly details) or wedges. If you crochet not a beach model of a skirt, then do not forget about the lining. There are many options for knitting skirts and each of them is fashionable and stylish in its own way.

The rules for knitting crocheted skirts

First, the yarn should be elastic and stretch well. In knitting you should use twisted cotton (iris). By the way, viscose, acrylic or mohair recommended to dilute a thin thread (the same thin iris). By the way, miniature girls should knit a skirt with thick threads, in no case using a relief pattern.

Secondly, the size of the width of the knitted fabric should not exceed the thigh size by 6-12 centimeters. This is due to the fact that the skirt must necessarily sag. With a very narrow canvas, as a rule, all the shortcomings of the figure are highlighted, which we so want to hide.

And finally, thirdly, knitting is strongly recommended to start from the belt in a circle. For correct calculation of the number of loops, it is necessary to tie a special pattern consisting of 20 loops. Then remove from it the measurement and calculate the desired number of loops, suitable for your volume. It is necessary to take into account the fact that mohair, acrylic and viscose visibly stretch during the process of socks and washing. The same applies to lacework.

Knitting patterns of different skirt silhouettes

The most common and simple skirt is considered to be a straight skirt. The pattern of such a skirt is not at all complicated. This skirt is much easier to start knitting from below, and not from the belt. We need to type the right number of loops that will match the volume of our hips and tie the length from the hip line to the length that is needed. After that, we do the fitting and start knitting the distance from the hips to the waist, and if necessary, dropping the loops.

Knitting a flared skirt we begin with a pattern of a trapeze. Knit a skirt from top to bottom. Initially, we knit it in the form of a straight skirt, and then evenly increase the number of loops. At the moment of increasing the loop, we should ensure that there are no holes in these places. If we decided to knit on the pattern of "elastic", we should increase the number of loops due to the width of the rubber bands. In other words, if we used to have an elastic band equal to 1X1, we should go to 2X1, then 2X2, and so on.

With a specific report, you can add loops not only to the report itself, but also between them. When choosing the second option, we get a skirt with wedges.

The asymmetrical skirt is easiest to obtain by expanding one vertical of the web. To this end, we select one column and from it on both sides in 4-6 rows we add columns. In the end, we get one corner of the skirt. To create several more corners, we do the same in different places.

Pattern skirt "gode" straight or flared is any way to start with a sharp increase in the number of loops.

If you used to knit a lot with a flat napkin circle with a hook, you can easily transfer this pattern to the skirt, making it lacework. That's just worth noting the difference, which is the beginning of knitting with the waist circumference. So we get the sun-flare.

And, finally, one of the most complex in the spiral is a spiral skirt. But in the process of knitting it is not so complicated. It is enough to move one cue (or one column added) in a natural way in rows. On the lower, enlarged part, you should choose a pattern, in which there are many nacs.
