Melt in a frying pan 2 tbsp. butter. In the melted butter add flour. Beat on medium heat for about 20 seconds until a beige mixture forms. We pour in the milk. Slowly whisk, warm the mixture until it starts to bubble. We add Worcestershire sauce, fresh thyme, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Warm up, remove from heat and cover with a lid. Grease the slices of the mustard with bread. We put ham and grated cheese. We put some more cheese on the ham, cover the sandwich with a second slice of bread. Fry sandwiches in butter until golden crust on both sides. Generously water the fried sandwiches prepared with cream sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake sandwiches in the oven until golden brown. Watch out for sandwiches very carefully - they burn instantly! Actually, Krok-Monsieur is ready. However, we will also prepare Crok-Madam. Fry eggs in egg butter (one at a time). We put the fried egg on our baked sandwich, sprinkle with herbs - and Croc-madam is ready. Serve hot.
