Vitamins to the table! Have you noticed that the closer to the spring heat, the more pulls on the green and fresh? Unfortunately, many vegetables preserved until the spring almost lose their vitamin reserve, but this does not apply to the dyke, it saves its useful properties well. Due to the mild taste with a barely perceptible sharpness, the daikon fits well with a variety of products, but we are talking about an easy spring salad, so we'll take a cucumber for it. Cheese to us in this salad, too, does not hurt, and for a light refreshing and exciting appetite effect, I came up with a delicious sour cream dressing with mint and horseradish.
Ingredients:- Daikon 1 pc.
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Cheese hard 100 g
- Onion green 10 g
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
- Mint fresh 1 g
- Sugar 1 g
- Salt 1 g
- Black pepper powder 1 g
- Sauce horseradish 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 Let's prepare the daikon, cucumber, cheese, green onions, sour cream, a sprig of fresh mint, and salt, pepper, sugar - for a small pinch and 0.5 teaspoon of the finished table horseradish for the salad.
- Step 2 Cut the part of the daikon necessary for the salad, peel it and, using the vegetable peeler, plan the root crop with thin plates.
- Step 3 Wash the cucumber into ribbons along the entire length of the cucumber, or cut it in half.
- Step 4 It is also preferable to cut the cheese with thin plates with the same vegetable or cheese cutter.
- Step 5 Sprinkle the chopped ingredients with the green onions.
- Step 6 We rub the peppermint leaves (2-3 enough) with grains of sugar, salt and pepper.
- Step 7 Add the sour cream to the mint and the ready-made horseradish, blend it with a blender until it is uniform and slightly foamy.
- Step 8 Serve the salad portioned, watering the sour cream sauce. This salad should not stand a minute, enjoy the taste of the salad immediately after cooking.
