These are our ingredients. We begin cooking the dish with the fact that the barley crumbs slightly moisten the most ordinary water. Crackers should get a little wet and swell. Then water the crackers with olive oil. Not too abundant - crunches should not float in olive oil, they should soak a little with olive oil. With tomatoes, peel, cut them in half and rub on a large grater. We spread tomato puree on the wet crackers. On the layer of tomatoes we spread fresh cheese sheep cheese, on it - a couple of olives, and sprinkle it all on oregano. Once again, we pour olive oil on top. Dakos is ready!
