- Cottage cheese - 500 Grams
- Eggs - 4 pieces
- Flour - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 3 Art. spoons
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Food soda - 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Raisins - 1 Glass
- Vegetable oil - 5 Art. spoons
In a bowl, combine eggs and cottage cheese. Then add 3/4 cups of flour, sugar and salt. Soda to extinguish with vinegar, add to the cottage cheese mass. Using a hand mixer, mix everything to a homogeneous consistency. From the resulting thick dough to form syrniki, roll them in a small amount of flour. Cheesecakes should be covered with a thin layer of flour. Put the cheese cakes in a frying pan with a little oil. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Turn over and fry for another 3-4 minutes on the other side. Delicious cheese cakes are ready. Serve warm. Bon Appetit! ;)
