Add cashew nuts (if desired), stir and fry for another 30 seconds. Add the rice, mix it. Pineapple cut along half-length, from both halves carefully cut out the flesh. Flesh cut into small cubes, and the remaining boat from pineapple is not thrown away - in it we will effectively serve the dish. Add the pulp of pineapple, frozen peas (optional) and raisins (optional) into the frying pan. Fry for another 2-3 minutes, taste, if necessary - adjust the taste by adding spices and sauces.
