For this recipe you need to choose lavash not round, but rectangular, otherwise you will not get anything done. You can buy mayonnaise with a higher fat content, 50-60 percent, not less, otherwise pita bread can become dehydrated. In fact, lavash roll with crab sticks is a very versatile dish. You can add or replace any products at your discretion and taste preferences. I offer you the recipe I cook, and you already include fantasy and create yourself. Maybe you will even get better.
Necessary ingredients:- Armenian lavash - 1 pc
- egg - 3 pieces
- hard cheese - 150 g
- crab sticks - 200 g
- mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l.

- First you need to prepare the filling. Eggs hard boiled, cool and mash with a fork. You can grate them on a small grater or cut into small pieces, as someone likes;
- hard cheese grate on a large grater. Cheese can be taken and more;
- Crab sticks unfrozen at room temperature and cut into small pieces;
- grease thoroughly rinse under running water, dry with a paper towel and finely chop. I took the dill and the green onions. You can also add parsley, coriander or basil;
- now we proceed to the very preparation of the roll.
