- green bulgarian pepper - 1 piece (finely chopped)
- red bell pepper - 1 piece (finely chopped)
- yellow bulgarian pepper - 1 piece (finely chopped)
- cucumber - 1 piece (cut into cubes)
- fresh parsley - 1/4 cup
- Feta cheese - 250 Grams
- olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
In a large bowl, mix the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, parsley, Feta cheese and olive oil. Cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Our summer salad enriched with vitamins is ready for use.
