Ingredients Pure the potatoes and onions. Take a large bowl and chop the onion. Three potatoes on a large grater, add the egg and salt to taste. Mix everything and add flour: Mix. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil into the frying pan. In the heated oil we put a potato mixture with a spatula. Fry from each side. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
