Pepper is washed, cleaned of seeds. Be careful when cleaning chili peppers - it is better to clean it with gloves, otherwise the skin on the palms will burn. Chaotically cut the peppers into pieces of different sizes, put them in a saucepan, pour olive oil and juice of half a lemon. Fry on low heat for 8-10 minutes. Remove the peppers from the fire, add a teaspoon of dried paprika, clove of garlic and salt. Grind it with a blender until smooth. We take a piece of chicken fillet and make in it three rather deep incisions. We spread the pieces of fillet into a baking dish and pour it abundantly with a spicy pepper sauce. The sauce should get very well into the cuts made. From above you can sprinkle a little with olive oil - to form a crust. We put the form for baking in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Put chicken piri-piri to a hot table with fresh vegetables or boiled potatoes. Bon Appetit!
