A simple recipe for the Easter cake: 1). Mix the softened butter with sugar at a high speed of the mixer for about 5 minutes. 2). Add the cottage cheese and mix using a mixer. 3). Add eggs one at a time, whisking. 4). Add the baking powder and flour, whisk at a low speed. 5). Add pre-washed, dried and sifted in flour raisins. 6). Place the dough in a special paper, bake for 1 hour. Readiness to check with a knife. 7). Ready cake to cool, get out of the form, turn over and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, you can pour glaze from the powdered sugar (it will be as in the photo). If the cupcake stays in the refrigerator until the morning, it will be even tastier! BON APPETIT!!!
