Ingredients:

• Puff dough 700 g
• Eggs chicken 1 pc.
• Nuts walnut 2 tbsp.
• Black raisins 100 g
• Sugar powder 1 tbsp. l.
• Cinnamon ground 1 tbsp. l.
• Butter 30 g
• Water 0.3 tbsp.
• Honey 200g
• Sugar 5 tbsp. l.

Instructions

• Step 1 Prepare the products: the frozen puff pastry (it is necessary that the dough is a little thawed), walnuts, raisins, honey, butter, sugar powder, cinnamon, water, sugar, yolk.
• Step 2 To make the filling, mix and chop the walnuts, raisins, sugar powder and cinnamon in a blender (or grinder). Some whole nuts need to be put aside for decoration.
