- Gooseberries - 350-400 Grams
- Apple - 250 Grams
- Onions - 1 Piece (Better violet)
- Light raisins - 50 Grams
- Sugar - 4 Art. spoons
- Sol - 1 Pinch
- Spice - 1 Slice (cinnamon (stick), ground ginger, ground chili, ground cloves)
- Vinegar (5%) - 4-5 Teaspoons
Prepare all the ingredients. Gooseberries need to be thoroughly washed, cleaned of the peduncles. In the pot, add the vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and other spices and bring all the contents to a boil. Next, in a saucepan, add purified gooseberry, thoroughly washed in boiling water raisins, diced apple and onions. Cover everything with a lid and leave to soak over medium heat for a few minutes. Next, remove the lid, and evaporate the sauce on the same medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens. Cook for about 35-40 minutes. At the end of cooking, you can add sugar, if too sour, or vinegar - if, conversely, sweet.
