Steak with spicy sauce
- 800 g of veal
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 600 g of mashed potatoes
- arugula
Sauce for the dish:
- Bulb
- Horseradish
- 30 ml of cognac
- beet juice
- 1 large beet
Marinade to the dish:
- 1/3 tsp. Sahara
- 1/3 tsp. coriander
- 3 tbsp. l. vinegar
- salt pepper
Prepare marinade: water with spices boil, pour the grated beets. Grate the meat with salt, pepper and garlic and leave for half an hour. To fry. Sauce: horseradish mixed with coriander and pepper. Fill with sugar, juice of boiled beets, greens, add 2 tbsp. l. oil and cognac. Beat in a blender. Steak grease with sauce, garnish with beets, mashed potatoes. Decorate the dish with arugula and sauce.
Beet Salad
- 1 beetroot
- 100 g of goat cheese
- 10 kumquats
- chive-onion
- Pine nuts
Refueling to the dish:
- 2 tbsp. l. nut oil
- 0.5 tsp. honey
- juice and peel half a lemon
- salt, black pepper to taste
Beat the whisk with butter. Beetroot thoroughly wash and dry. Bake the beets in the oven until cooked. Peel, cut into thin circles. Put on a wide dish with lemon juice and zest, honey, salt and pepper. Fill the beets. Put the pieces of cheese and kumquats on beets. Sprinkle with nuts and onions.
Salad with spinach
- 450 g carrots
- 2 oranges
- 200gfety
- a bunch of spinach
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- Sugar
- salt, ground black pepper
Grate the carrots. Cut the feta into cubes. Spinach to tear into pieces. Cut the peel from the oranges, then cut the slices from the films, holding the orange over the bowl to "catch" the juice. Mix the butter, lemon and orange juice in a small bowl and make a dressing. Season with salt and ground pepper, add a little sugar to taste. Stir oranges with carrots, feta and spinach, pour the dressing.
Carrot cake
- 175 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 140 g grated carrot
- 100 g raisins
- orange peel 1
- 175 g of flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Orange glaze to the dish:
- 175 g of powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. l. orange juice
Combine sugar, butter and eggs. Lightly beat. Add grated carrots, raisins and zest. Mix flour, soda and spices. Mix all the ingredients: the dough should turn out to be liquid. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 40-45 minutes. Beat all the ingredients for glaze. Put the cake on the dish and cover with icing.
Carrot and orange soup
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 onions
- 4-6 carrots
- 1 slice fresh ginger root
- 2 large oranges
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 700 ml of vegetable broth
- sea salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- creamy yoghurt
Preheat the olive oil and a little broth. Add the onions with garlic, then grate the carrots and ginger. To put out. Pour the remaining broth, cook for 5-10 minutes, then add the orange juice. Pure the soup. Add the orange peel and protominate the soup for a couple of minutes.
Tacos in Mexican
- 440 g ground beef
- 100 grams of ham
- kidney beans in tomato
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- tabasco sauce
- cheese fused in plates
- thin lavash, ketchup

For meat filling: fry the mince, add and pepper. Add chopped ham and beans in tomato sauce. Stew for 15 minutes. For vegetable filling: chop the onion, greens and tomatoes. Add ketchup, add Tabasco sauce. Fillings put in salad bowls (it is important that the meat filling was hot!). On the pita bread lay a plate of cheese, on top of a spoonful of meat and a spoonful of vegetable filling. Close. Pour sea salt into a baking dish and put the potatoes. Bake for 1 hour. Chop onion. Cheese grate. Onion toast to a golden color, add beans, cook for 4 more minutes.
English breakfast
- 2 sausages
- 8 champignons
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 can of canned beans in tomato
- butter and vegetable oil

Put the beans in a frying pan, sprinkle with pepper and warm, stirring constantly, to avoid cementation of tomato on the bottom of the frying pan. The tomato sauce should gently thicken. Before laying out on plates put in a ready sauce a little butter. Sausages, tomato (cut into slices) and fry or cook on the grill. Put everything on one plate and serve with ketchup and greens.
