It is very simple in composition and perfectly behaves in the work, because this dough is absolutely not sticking to the hands and the table. Flour you will need only for its kneading and not a gram anymore. Today I baked bagels with poppy seeds of two kinds. The filling can be, of course, any. I hope that you will like this recipe.
Ingredients:- Kefir 200 ml
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Yeast, dry 11 g
- Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
- Poppy 70 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Sesame White 10 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Step 1 For making bagels with poppy seeds you will need: sunflower refined oil, kefir, salt, dry yeast, flour.
