You should wait at least a few weeks.
Another way to effectively decorate your lips is to choose a firm lipstick that lasts several hours on the lips and is indifferent to the effects of water. Remember also that during prolonged exposure to the sun you need a special lipstick or shine with a protective factor from the ultraviolet rays. Remember - the lips are the most delicate skin! Therefore, the protection factor of such a lipstick should be at least 45.
And the last. Being on the beach, it should be borne in mind that under the influence of heat the body, trying to cool, actively emits moisture. From this it follows that, firstly, the skin of the face needs constant moistening. Therefore, do not be lazy from time to spray your face with water - it is better than mineral water. Just do not do it in the open sun - the danger of a burn increases! And, secondly, do not use perfume with sharp smells.
