Kissel from currant

I want to share with you a recipe for cooking jelly from the currant. It turns out sour Ingredients: Instructions

I want to share with you a recipe for cooking jelly from the currant. It turns sour, with a very rich berry taste. Therefore, if you love this berry fresh, you should know how to prepare a jelly from a currant :) 1. First we will sort out and wash our currant, clearing of small twigs and leaves. And if you have frozen berries, just leave it to thaw at room temperature. 2. Now grind the currant in the blender, or grind it through the cheesecloth, as it was always done in the classic cupcake recipe from the currant from our grandmothers :) 3. Put our berry mashed potatoes on the stove, as a little heated, - add water. The mixture must be brought to a boil. 4. While our future currant jelly at home conditions comes to a boil, in a glass of cold purified water we dilute starch, and mix well. 5. Our berries should already boil, so, without stopping intensive stirring, we pour water with starch to berries. Let's boil it all together, and hold it for another three minutes. 6. The last time we mix to get rid of the lumps, and try sugar. If necessary, add more sugar, as well as vanillin or cinnamon, if desired. Remove from heat and leave to cool. Pour out on cups, and you can serve. The taste is stunning, both in cold and hot. So I highly recommend :)
