Combine 5 grams of valerian and 10 grams of oregano, mix and take 10 grams of collection and boil in 100 ml of water for 10 or 12 minutes. We insist 1 hour. Let's drink 100 ml at night.

Take 25 grams of flowers primrose, melissa leaves, rosemary leaves, lavender flowers, mix. 2 tablespoons of this mixture, we insist on a glass of boiling water for 15 minutes. Drink sips for the day with insomnia.
Broth of young twigs of heather is drunk, like tea with insomnia, nervous breakdown, with atherosclerosis.
