Homemade breadcrumbs Crackers with fresh herbs have a spicy, fresh taste and aroma of greenery. They are perfect for soup or salad. To cook such crackers is simple, you can use any spicy herbs. I used parsley and dill. But you can add fresh basil, rosemary and even rukola. You can vary with the degree of roasting of crackers. If they bake lightly, like me, they will turn inside soft. Bake them more, and they will turn out completely crispy.
Ingredients:- Yeast, fresh, 15 g
- Water 125 ml
- Salt extra 3 pinch
- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- Wheat Flour 200 g
- Parsley fresh 15 g
- Fresh dill 15 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make crumbs with fresh herbs you will need: wheat flour, fresh yeast, water, olive oil, salt, sugar, parsley and dill.
- Step 2 In warm water, dissolve yeast, sugar and salt. Leave for 10 minutes.
- Step 3 Grind the greenery in the blender as small as possible.
- Step 4 Combine chopped greens and diluted yeast.
- Step 5 Add the flour and knead the dough. You should get a soft dough.
- Step 6 Grease the container well with olive oil and place the dough there. Leave it to rise for 1 hour.
- Step 7 When the dough rises, douse it with your hands.
- Step 8 Roll the dough into a thin pancake.
- Step 9 Cut it into small squares, about 1x1 cm.
- Step 10 Put the squares on the baking tray, where you will bake them. Leave for 15 minutes for lifting.
- Step 11 Bake croutons for about 25 minutes, at a temperature of 180-190 ° C.
- Step 12 Remove ready-made crackers from the pan in a convenient container for storage or serving.
