Croquettes from fish and potatoes If you like to cook and surprise your relatives with variety not only on holidays, but also on weekdays, you probably already studied the features of cooking everyday food, traditional for different countries. Many working women especially like such recipes, in which it is not necessary to separately prepare a side dish - it saves time, and such dishes look original and appetizing. Here is one example: fish croquettes. This dish refers to the Greek cuisine, in the original is called psarokefetes and is not prepared exactly the way we do it. And it is unlikely that we will be able to recreate the classic recipe, because this would require a swordfish. But who prevents us to take as a basis the idea and adjust the recipe according to your taste and desire? Since our task is to prepare a full-fledged dish that does not need a side dish, we will add to the fish croquettes a potato that is loved by everyone. It turns out and nourishing, and fast, and beautiful, and, most importantly - tasty and useful. If you have small children who need fish, but you are tired of watching that they do not accidentally swallow a fish bone, then fish croquettes are an excellent solution. In addition, children with great pleasure will eat cute golden balls, and not a carcass of carcass.
Ingredients:- Hake fillet 700g
- Potatoes 300 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Breadcrumbs 100 g
- Salt 2 pinch
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the dish, take the hake fillet, potatoes, egg, dill, breadcrumbs and spices.
- Step 2 Peel and cut the potatoes.
- Step 3 Pour the potatoes with cold water and boil until cooked for 15-20 minutes from the moment of boiling, adding salt to taste.
- Step 4 Wash the fish fillets, cut and pour cold water, add salt and cook for 20-30 minutes from the time of boiling.
- Step 5 Cool the potatoes and fish, and then twist everything in the meat grinder.
- Step 6 A small bunch of dill to wash, dry and finely chop.
- Step 7 Add fennel of fish and potatoes with dill, egg and a pinch of black ground pepper.
- Step 8 It's good to mix everything, the mass should become homogeneous.
- Step 9 Form the balls from the prepared stuffing.
- Step 10 Thoroughly roll them in the breadcrumbs.
- Step 11 Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown on all sides.
- Step 12 Crockets are removed on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Ready croquettes cool, serve on a plate decorated with lettuce leaves.
