Fish souffle Pudding - a traditional English dish, and it seems to us something like a tender sweet dessert. In fact, it was originally prepared from what was left uneaten at lunch and dinner, and only then did they make sweet puddings for the traditional tea-drinking. So pudding can be anything, including meat, fish, vegetable, fruit. Today we offer you to prepare the most delicate fish pudding in small portioned molds or in large form. The use of molds is very convenient, because it makes it possible to please the tastes of all members of the family. In the grandmother's portion of fish pudding we put less salt, in my father's - more pepper or mustard powder, diluted with lemon juice. Fish pudding is an excellent dish even for the youngest children, only you need to carefully select all the bones and not put spices in their mold and a lot of salt. Fish casseroles and puddings in general are very helpful when introducing fish into the baby's diet. After all, the usual boiled fish is perceived by them not too positively, and a delicate egg-fish soufflé with tomatoes is an excellent way out in this situation.
Ingredients:- Tilapia fillet 300g
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Cream 250 ml
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
- Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. l.
- Pepper fragrant 7 pcs.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Mustard French (with grains) 2 tbsp. l.
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Pepper red ground 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 For fish pudding, the fillet of tilapia or other white fish is well washed.
- Step 2 Boil the fish for 5 minutes, adding 6-8 peas of sweet pepper.
- Step 3 Combine the mustard and 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
