Cottage cheese cake will be an excellent solution for a sweet summer or when there is absolutely no time to prepare a high-grade cake with a capital letter! The offered cake turns out to be very delicate and crumbly, the filling of which is a bit like ice cream. To make a cake, cottage cheese should be taken bold and dry, if the cottage cheese is still wet, wrap it in cheesecloth and leave it for several hours under a press to remove excess moisture. A cookie that plays the role of a cake should be sandy, but soft, as well as biscuit biscuits. And one more important point - before serving, the cake should be taken out of the refrigerator and let it warm up slightly so that the taste opens and then decorate with whipped cream!
Ingredients:- Curd 500g
