As a result, the outlet should be slightly aerated sour-sweet drink. This drink has been used for more than 100 years in our country instead of kvass.

Many scientists conducted research on the effect of the tea fungus on the human body. It was concluded that this drink contributes to the improvement of the digestive system, and also has antibacterial properties. Tea fungus contains all the necessary organic acids for the human body, B vitamins, enzymes, caffeine and ascorbic acid.

A tea mushroom drink can be prepared not only from black tea, but also from green tea. A very delicious drink is obtained from herbs with the addition of honey.

How to care for a tea mushroom?

At least once a month, the fungus must be removed from the can and washed, its lower layers must be removed with a fungus thickness of more than 4 cm. The amount of this drink should be constantly restored. To do this, you need to prepare a sweet tea solution. The solution must be necessarily from boiled water and do not forget to cool.

Every day you should take half a glass of a drink from the tea mushroom three times a day, preferably after a meal.
