We will need crackers, which must be poured hot water and let it brew for at least three hours, then strain it and add yeast. Close the lid tightly, and let it sit for at least seven hours. Take such a drink you need 10 minutes before eating one glass a day, for three weeks.

Use one teaspoon of peeled onions, and pour it with hot water, let it brew for at least 8 minutes. Take before bedtime. Seizures will not bother you.

In two glasses of hot water, add 1 tbsp. spoon of chamomile. Drink this drink three times a day before meals. You can also use baked potatoes. And the next day, take raisins, 2 tbsp. spoon, and pour with hot water. Let it brew and apply one glass a day before meals. About cramps you can forget.

To cure seizures, you can also use horseradish, both its roots and its leaves. In our case, we need its roots. Fine-finely chop the horseradish to make porridge. Then add a liter of olive oil and honey. All mix and put in a cool storage place. You can use 15 minutes before meals 2 times a day, one tablespoon.
