- Carrots - 500 Grams
- Kinza - 10 Grams (if you do not like coriander, replace it with parsley or basil)
- Red ground pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Sol - 1 Pinch
- Sunflower oil - 2 items. spoons
- Lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon
Peel the carrots on a large grater. Greens wash and finely chop. In a deep bowl, mix the carrots, greens, red pepper, cumin, butter and lemon juice. Stir well the salad, try and salt to taste. Bon Appetit!
