Cooking balsamic sauce You probably all saw how to decorate the dishes of a high class cook, drawing beautiful drawings on a plate? One way is to use balsamic sauce. This delicious sauce is prepared very simply: balsamic vinegar is evaporated, giving a thick consistency. Carnation, cinnamon and other spices are added to the taste for flavor, and sugar for giving a sweet and sour aftertaste. Balsamic sauce is great for dressing salads, fish and meat. And of course for decoration!
Ingredients:- Vinegar balsamic dark 100 ml

- Step 2 Pour balsamic vinegar into a small pan and add sugar. Put on the fire and add the spices.
- Step 3 Bring to a boil and allow to evaporate over a low heat. The volume should be halved.
